HURF Nepal with support and request of District Development Committee (DDC) has formed 4 VDC/Municipality level Community Mediation Committee (CMCs) in this quarter. The CMCs have been formed in 3 VDCs namely  Jirmale, Irautar, Ibhang VDC and in  Ilam Municipality. 27 members committees were formed in Jirmale and Irautar with chairmanship of Ram Bahadur Tamang and Yubraj Rai respectively. Likewise, Laxman Rai headed in Ibahang with 25 members and Narendra Khadka headed Ilam Municipality with 27 members' committee. 2 Municipality Level CMCs were updated namely in newly formed municipalities namely Suryodaya and Deumai Municipalities. There were 5 CMCs in the then 5 VDCs which were merged in 2 municipalities in latest reformation of the VDCs in Municipalities. These CMCs were formed merging the then VDC level CMCs. 35 members CMCs were formed in both Municipalities which are headed by Durga Baral ( Suryodaya) and Sabitra Shrestha in Deumai.
