Human Rights Forum Nepal (HURF Nepal) is a non-governmental and non-profit making Human Rights based  Organization. It was founded in 1998 as the first specific organization to work on the issues of Human Rights  in Ilam District. HURF Nepal is working as one of the leading Human Rights Organizations in Province 1. In 1998, HURF was registered at DAO in Ilam and HURF was affiliated  at the Social Welfare Council in Kathmandu in 2006.
