16 facilitators of HURF were trained on dialogue design and facilitation in a 3 days(13-15, Dec, 2015) training organized at HURF hall Ilam. The training was focused on dialogue design and its process and steps, and facilitation skills with model of dialogue and use of dialogue as a means of conflict transformation. Mediators from HURF provided this capacity to multiply the skills in community level. The training was facilitated by GIZ-zfd Peace advisors, Ms. Kristin Cane, and Mr.  Rajendra Subba. The training was jointly organized by HURF and GIZ-ZFD.
