A six days refresher and ToT training on mediation for the mediators was conducted 3- 8 September, 2012. 21 mediators took training. The training was focused to develop facilitators to facilitate the 10 days trainings for the CMCs in 30 VDCs. The training was facilitated by Peace Facilitator from ZFD/GIZ. The training developed an action plan and detail content of the trainings as well. Mediation, conflict, conflict analysis, advance communication skill, mediation act and human rights are the contents of the training.
