District level interaction
District level informative interaction with district level stakeholders was organized at HURF hall on 23 Feb, 2016 to inform about SMARCO project. District level  political leaders, officials & representatives of the line agencies, women leaders, dalit leaders, Janajati leaders, journalists, media, civil society, NGO activists participated the interaction. The aim of the interaction was to inform about the project and to develop coordination with stakeholders for the further project activity. National Project Coordinator Dipak Basyal clarified the raised quires during discussion. Participants especially political and women leaders expressed their commitment to support the project team quoting the project has aimed to addressed their need.  The interaction was chaired by HURF president Mohan Sing Thebe and facilitated by District Project Coordinator Shikhar Nath Sapkota. 
Women Group formation in 5 VDCs
VDC level informative interaction on the project "SMARCO" was organized in 5 VDCs namely Chisapani, Danabari, Shantipur, Mahamai & Chulachuli in Ilam. The one-day interaction was focused to inform the VDC level stakeholders about the project, its need and importance along with the activities and working procedure. VDC secretaries of the respective VDCs chaired the interaction. VDC level political leaders, women leaders, leaders and representatives of marginalized & minority's groups ethnic groups, actively took part in the interaction. An inclusive women group with 15 members was formed in each VDC. The interactions were facilitated by district project coordinator.
