HURF Nepal with support of Open Society Foundation is launching a project entitled, 'Collective Campaign for Access to Justice for Women and Dalit' in 6 VDCs in Ilam district. The project focuses to empower women and dalit groups, civil societies and hold dialogue between the groups to address the issues of dalits and women in VDC level.
Staff and facilitators for the project were oriented on the project and process for 3 days at HURF hall from 21-23 September, 2016. The team has developed its quarterly plan to bring immediate action of the project.
