HURF campaign on Child Rights and Peace Education has stepped on 100 VDCs & Municipalities in 7 districts in Eastern Nepal. 100 Child clubs and 100 VCPCs formation and update in 7 districts has been over by November 2016. 65 CCs and 65 VCPCs were updated with new leadership and 35 CCs and 35 VCPCs has been formed in 35 VDCs/Municipalities in this period. District coordinators, district level facilitators, representatives and members of consortium organizations participated on the facilitation of the activities. 'The newly formed groups will be trained on the issues of child rights and peace education in the next quarter ', said Thakur Shrestha project coordinator of Effort against Child Rights Violation and for Peace Education. The activities were conducted under the same project supported by kindermissionswerk Germany.
