District level consultative workshop was organized on the services provided by different line agencies for women on 4 September, 2017 in Ilam. Officers and representatives of district level line agencies especially, district education office, district agriculture office, women and children welfare office, public health presented their existing services and plan in the sector of women. Members of Resource Centre, representatives of women groups from communities, representatives of NEFFIN, FNJ, media, and activists participated in the workshop. Facilitator of HURF Yoga Raj Sapkota presented a discussion paper on the " Existing laws, policies, practice and issues of women in the change in context, and status of potential management." Municipality level workshop is being organized in municipality level in the project baked municipalities as well. The workshop was organized under the SMARCO project funded by Governance Facility and with support of Jagaran Nepal.
