A six days resiential training  for the members of Community Mediation Committee of Kanyam VDC was conducted  form 1- 6 October, 2012. The training was focused on mediation, conflict, advanced communication skills, human rights, and mediation act. Mr. Shikhar Nath Sapkota, Ms. Anjuly Siwa, Mr. Devendra Biswakarma, Mr. BB Khadka, Mr. Ashok Bantawa, Mr. Kuldip Ghimire, and Mr. Yoga Raj Sapkota facilitated the training. Mr. Shekhar Chandra Aryal, Judge of District Court also facilitated the training. The training was conducted in support of SDC under Mediation for Peace and Social Justice Program.
