29th National children day (Sep 14), the day Nepal rectified the CRC celebrated in Ilam. HURF Nepal organized a district level achievement sharing meeting alon with discussion on current situation of children, problem and focuses for the next step with district level stakeholders. Best CC was awarded on the occasion as well. Sandakpur Child Club from Prabodh Secondary School, Mabu was awarded as the best CC of the year. The discussion followed by highlighted the need of community awareness especially parent awareness, need of child protection shelter and safe house in Ilam. The event was organized by HURF with support of Kindermissionswerk.
