HURF Nepal Ilam sets the help desk as counseling desk at District Administrative Office at Ilam. Desk provides the counseling on Safe Migration and against Human Trafficking to targeted youth (potential migrant, internal & external migrant, returnees and unsuccessful returnees) through the project YOUTH FOR SOCIAL CHANGE: Mobilizing youth groups for promoting safe migration and prevent human trafficking, on the chairpersonship of Mohan Singh Thebe, the president of HURF Nepal, Ilam and the chief guest of the program is Shravan Kumar Timalsina, the Chief District Officer of Ilam.
