HURF's 21st annual general assembly held on 8th July 2019(23 Asadh) at HURF hall. The assembly passed annual progress report, financial policy, HURF's 3rd strategic plan (2019-2024) on the occasion. The assembly was chaired by HURF president, Mohan Singh Thebe.
