HURF Nepal, in support of ZFD/ GIZ, conducted 4 days training on mediation for the members of Local Peace Committees in Panchthar and Taplejung Districts. 23 participants actively participated in Panchthar district whereas 24 took training in Taplejung. Mr. Shikhar Nath Sapkota, Mr. Devendra Biswakarma and Mr. Kuldeep Ghimire , Mediators and Facilitators from HURF Nepal facilitated the both trainings. The training were conducted from 8-11, November in Panchthar and 20-23, November, 2012 in Taplejung. Mr. Kosh Hari Niroula, CDO in Panchthar and Mr. Kiran Thapa, CDO in Taplejung were the chief guest of the trainings.
