HURF organized substantive and procedural laws based on the works of the judicial committee and the focus to the mediation process for the members of judicial committees of all 10 local levels of Ilam in July. The residential training was focused on the procedural process with practical approach on which the whole process of the judicial system was practiced. The training was focused to proceed cases that can be mediated for the mediation furthermore some cases judicial committee should provide decision needs the court based approach. Sr. advocate JB Lungeli, advocate BB Khadka and mediators facilitated the training. The training was organized by HURF with support of Civil Peace Service GIZ- ZFD under the project enableing local judicial system to promote mediation services in local level.
