Coordination and Linkage Meetings with different stakeholders for need Identification, rapport building and Market Management & Coordination and Linkage meeting for vocational training and resources management with Local Government were conduct in Mai Municipality and Rong Rural Municipality by HURF from the project Youth for Social Change; Mobilizing youth groups for promoting Safe Migration and control Human Trafficking. Meeting conducts on 12th and 13th Nov. 2019 in Rong Rural Municipality and 15th and 16th Nov. 2019 in Mai Municipality. Meetings were conduct on the chairpersonship of chairpersons of respective Local Government.
Meetings focus on the issues of coming activities of project like Plastic Ponds for irrigation, way to address vocational trainees and entrepreneurs and way to institutionalize formed youth groups, YEGs in both Municipalities. According to the President of RRM, Rural Municipality will coordinate to construct the Plastic Ponds financially from Municipality level and labour contribution from community level to increase the number of Ponds from 5 to more than 10 ponds and in Mai Municipality 6 to 7 ponds. Likewise, RRM and MM both show their commitment to provide initiative supports to 50% business starters and other 50% business starters will support by project in both Municipalities.  And both Local Governments show their commitments to provide other Agro-aids (materials or cash) up to 5 lakhs to true entrepreneurs. Besides, both municipalities committed to address all youth groups of wards (YEGs) and municipalities (YEG Networks) even after the termination of project, as properties of Local Governments to change the community as prosperous and ideal and to control foreign migrations and human trafficking.
