"The situation of Human Rights is worsening trend", almost all the participants expressed their opinion on the occasion of the national level interaction in Ilam. Mr. Sushil Pyakurel, former member of National Human Rights Commission, expressed that there is the increment of impunity. Rights of marginalized and minorities are still in danger he added. Two papers were presented in the interaction. The paper and the participants the issues of marginalized and minorities are not properly addressed and now they might get shadowed as participants expressed. The interaction was chaired by Mr. Mohan Singh thebe, President of HURF Nepal, on which Mr. Tara Nath Parajuli, Chairman, of District Bar and Mr. Yam Limbu, Lawyer, presented the papers. The papers were focused on the current Nepalese context and the rights of the marginalized and minorities. Mr. Dambar Khatiwada, political critics, commented on the papers.
