Six days residential training for the members of Community Mediation Committee of Sumbek VDC was conducted form 1- 6 February, 2013. The training was focused on mediation, conflict, advanced communication skills, human rights, and mediation act. Mr. Parash Rai, Ms. Geeta Shrestha, Mr. Devendra Biswakarma, Mr. Shekhar Chandra Aryal; the District Judge, Mr. BB Khadka, Mr. Kuldeep Ghimire, Mr. Nawaraj Sankar and Mr. Yoga Raj Sapkota facilitated the training. A joint action plan was developed for the effective implementation of the mediation skill at the end of the training.
The training was conducted in support of SDC and ZFD- GIZ under Mediation for Peace and Social Justice Program.
