4 days refresher training for the members of Community Mediation Committee has been organized 11-14, June in Kanyam VDC. 19 Members of CMCs who were participated in the six days training took part in the training. The training was focused on the mediation, conflict analysis skills, Communication skills, dealing with Socio Cultural Conflicts, Psychosocial support and the role of the mediators. Mr. Shikhar Nath Sapkota, Ms. Kalpana Gajmer, Mr. Rudra Thebe, Ms. Gayatri Thegim, Mr. Yoga Raj Sapkota and Ms. Kokila Dhakal facilitated the training.
In an occasion, the training was monitored by Mr. Rajesh Hamal, Co- coordinator, HR section Of SDC.  Ms. Svenja Schmelcher, Co-ordinator of ZFD along with her team also monitored the training in Kanyam VDC.  The training program is supported by SDC and ZFD.
