Human Rights Forum Nepal Ilam was hosting the Secretariat of the Eastern Network against Domestic Violence since August, 2012. According to the Network Guideline, the secretariat is hosted by annual  rotation basis. Regarding this term, The Network Secretariat has been handed over to the SOLVE Nepal Dhankuta,  One of the founder members of the Network, on Friday, 28th June, 2013 in an occasion.
The network secretariat will be hosted by SOLVE Nepal Dhankuta from 1st July, 2013.
The handover meeting was organized at HURF on which Member Secretary MS. Sarmila Rai, handed over the network minute and guideline along with other materials to the Ms. Renuka Karki, the forthcoming, Member Secretary from SOLVE Nepal.
Executive board members of  HUCODEC, and ECDF expressed their thanks to Ms. Sarmila Rai, for her volunteer Contribution for the network where they wish the successful future of the new secretary.
Representative of SOLVE Nepal thanked to HURF and  Sarmila for the successful and smooth operation of the network, he also express his commitment to go ahead with cooperation and coordination among network members as usual.
Ms. Renuka Karki, expressed her commitment to support the network and expressed that she will communicate and collect common consensus while operating the job of member secretary.
Mr. Bhakta Thami, Executive  Member of HURF,  On behalf of HURF thanked to Ms. Sarmila Rai, for her dedication for the sake of Network. Similarly, He thanked to all network members for their valuable cooperation and support for the successful network activities.
HURF wishes all the best for SOLVE, the Network Secretariat, Ms. Renuka Karki, for her new job, and expresses its commitment to support for the network as usual.
The network secretariat will be hosted by SOLVE Nepal Dhankuta from 1st July, 2013.
