4 days advanced refresher training for the members of CMCs in has been conducted in Barbote and Mangalbare VDCs form 4th – 15th September, 2013. Mr. Parash Rai, Mr. Shikhar Nath Sapkota, Mr. Rudra Thebe, Mr. Mankumar Baraily, Ms. Kalpana Gajmer, Ms. Renuka Rai, Mediators and Psychosocial counselors from HURF Nepal facilitated the 4 days trainings. The training participants who took part in the six days trainings participated the trainings. Problem faced by mediators and additional skills of mediation, socio cultural conflict and dealing with conflict, psychosocial problem and role of social worker were discussed during training.
