4 days advanced refresher training for the members of CMCs has been conducted in Pashupatinagar, Gorkhey, Nayabazar, Jogmai and Pyang VDCs from 5 - 16 December, 2013. Mr. Parash Rai, Mr. Shikhar Nath Sapkota, Mr. Rudra Thebe, Ms. Renuka Rai and Ms. Gayatri Thegim, Mediators and Psychosocial counselors from HURF Nepal facilitated the 4 days trainings. The training participants who took part in the six days trainings participated the trainings. Problem faced by mediators and additional skills of mediation, socio cultural conflict and dealing with conflict, psychosocial problem and role of social worker were discussed during training. Altogether 77 mediators from 5 VDCs participated in the training.
