HURF Nepal has completed the 80 hours training i.e. 10 days in 30 VDCs. In the final stage of the training program, 4 days advanced refresher training for the members of CMCs has been conducted in Phakphok, Sangrumba, Puwamajhuwa, Namsaling, Soyang, Panchakanya, Fikkal, Samalbung and Sakhejung VDCs from 2 - 22 January,2014. Mr. Parash Rai, Mr. Shikhar Nath Sapkota, Mr. Rudra Thebe, Ms. Renuka Rai Ms. Dhan Kumari Khanal, Mr. Mankumar Baraily, Ms. Kalpana Gajmer, and Ms. Gayatri Thegim, Mediators and Psychosocial counselors from HURF Nepal facilitated the 4 days trainings. The training participants who took part in the six days trainings participated in the trainings. Problem faced by mediators and additional skills of mediation, socio cultural conflict and dealing with conflict, psychosocial problem and role of social worker were discussed during training. Altogether 140 mediators from 9 VDCs participated in the training.
