2 days refresher and advanced skills on the concept of positive discrimination was organized in 3 VDCs namely Godak, Kolbung and Sumbek VDC in Ilam from 11- 16 August, 2014. 25-30 VDC level stakeholders from the respective VDCs participated the training. The leaders of political parties, target groups, coordinators of ward citizen forum, VDC secretaries and Social mobilizes were the participants.  Review of the previous training, and new skills on planning and monitoring and discussion on change analysis were the content of the training. The trainings were facilitated by a team of facilitators and project staffs Parash Rai, Mankuman Baraily, and Arpan Magar. The activities were organized under the project Awareness Campaign on the Concept of Positive Discrimination with support of Stiftung Umvertilen and coordination of VDCs.
