The National Child Rights Council under the federal ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizen has the service of child helpline (1098) for the emergency rescue, shelter, counseling and rehabilitation service for the children in risk. HURF hosts this service for the eastern districts of Nepal from Ilam. It's a hotline is and 24 hours service.
